Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist for a fully remote position in the United States. You will support the full billing lifecycle, including pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic submissions, and appeals management, collaborating with attorneys, finance, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of legal billing experience, familiarity with electronic billing platforms, and proficiency in Excel/Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms.
• Ability to interpret and apply client billing guidelines and outside counsel guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full billing lifecycle including pre-bill review and invoice preparation.
• Submit electronic bills and manage appeals.
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines.
