Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Understand general accounting principles related to billing, invoicing adjustments, and AR processes.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms and Aderant or comparable software.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the full billing lifecycle, including pre-bill review and invoice preparation.
• Handle electronic billing submissions and appeals management.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and outside counsel guidelines.
• Perform ongoing invoice follow-up and maintain accurate billing records.
