Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Fully Remote Legal E-Billing Specialist to manage the complete billing lifecycle from pre-bill reviews to final submissions. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of legal billing experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with electronic billing platforms and Aderant or similar software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience interpreting and applying client billing agreements and outside counsel guidelines.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms and billing vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the full billing lifecycle, including pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic billing submissions, appeals management, and ongoing invoice follow-up.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance professionals, and clients to ensure timely and accurate billing while complying with client guidelines.
