Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Fully Remote E-Billing Specialist to manage the complete billing lifecycle for our professional services clients, including pre-bill review, invoice preparation, and electronic submissions. You will work closely with attorneys, finance, and clients, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and outside counsel requirements while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of legal billing experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms and billing vendors.
• Proficiency with Aderant or comparable legal billing software.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing lifecycle: pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic submissions, appeals management, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance professionals, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing in compliance with client guidelines.
• Interpret and apply client billing agreements and outside counsel guidelines.
• Ensure accurate data entry, high-volume processing, and adherence to deadlines.
