• Schedule orientation sessions and provide essential information on policies and safety.
• Arrange pre-lease inspections for vehicles to meet safety standards.
• Maintain documentation of driver qualifications and certifications.
• Collaborate with training to design and deliver driver safety and skills programs.
• Promote safety protocols and conduct periodic refresher trainings.
• Serve as primary contact for new drivers and address queries promptly.
• Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process.
