Qualifications

• 2–4 years of previous onboarding experience or similar roles.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver onboarding from application to orientation and training.
• Collect and verify required documents (license, insurance, registrations, etc.).
• Coordinate drug screening and track results for compliance.
• Schedule orientation sessions and pre-lease inspections.
• Maintain driver qualification and compliance records.
• Partner with training teams to deliver driver safety and skills programs.
• Act as main point of contact for new drivers during onboarding.
