You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a reliable workforce, handle document verification, and oversee the onboarding lifecycle from candidate to fully onboarded driver.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection and verification of documents (driver license, insurance, registration).
• Maintain organized records for compliance and accessibility.
• Coordinate drug screening and track results to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor onboarding progress and provide status reports to management.
• Schedule orientation sessions and pre-lease vehicle inspections.
• Ensure driver documentation, licenses, permits, and certifications are up to date.
• Deliver training and development support to drivers and monitor progress.
• Promote safety protocols and conduct refresher courses as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for new drivers and address questions promptly.
