Gulf Winds International Inc. is seeking a Driver Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth hiring, orientation, and training process for new drivers.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain a reliable and safety-compliant workforce that supports efficient operations. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of onboarding, recruiting, or driver-related experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with onboarding software and ATS.

• Tech-savvy with onboarding software and ATS.
• A commitment to safety and high service standards.
• A basic understanding of trucking operations.
• Experience with recruiting, processing, on-boarding and follow up.
• Ten Street program and CMS Safety system familiarity.
• DQ File requirements and retention policy.
• Trucking operations knowledge.
• Driver pay structure familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Collect and verify required documents (license, insurance, registration).
• Coordinate drug screening and track results.
• Run and report onboarding progress to management.
• Schedule orientation sessions for new drivers.
• Arrange pre-lease inspections for vehicles.
• Maintain records of driver qualifications and compliance.
• Collaborate with training to deliver driver safety programs.
• Promote a safety-first culture and conduct periodic reviews.
• Serve as main contact for new drivers and address queries.
• Continuously assess and improve onboarding processes.
