Responsibilities

• Ensure All Required Documents are Received: collaborate with driver applicants to collect and verify license, insurance, registration, and other paperwork.
• Maintain organized records of the received documents for accessibility and compliance.
• Coordinate drug screening for driver applicants and track results to ensure compliance.
• Run/Report Tracking: monitor onboarding progress and provide status updates to management.
• Schedule Orientation: coordinate sessions, share policies, safety procedures, and expectations.
• Schedule Pre-Lease Inspection: arrange vehicle safety inspections before assignment.
• Compliance and Documentation: obtain and maintain licenses, permits, certificates.
• Training and Development: collaborate with training to improve driver skills and safety.
• Safety and Standards: reinforce safety protocols and conduct refresher trainings.
• Communication and Support: be primary contact for new drivers and improve processes.
