• Track onboarding progress and provide status updates to management.
• Schedule orientation sessions for new drivers and convey company policies and safety procedures.
• Arrange pre-lease inspections for vehicles to meet safety standards.
• Maintain driver qualifications and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with training to design and deliver safety and performance programs.
• Serve as primary contact for new drivers and address questions.
