Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in onboarding/recruiting in the transportation sector, strong communication, and proficiency with onboarding tools. This is a remote, full-time role with a focus on efficiency and driver quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with driver applicants to collect and verify documents (license, insurance, registration).
• Coordinate drug screening and track results for compliance.
• Utilize tracking systems to monitor onboarding progress and report to management.
• Schedule orientation sessions and communicate policies and expectations.
• Arrange pre-lease inspections for vehicles meeting safety standards.
• Maintain records of licenses, permits, and certifications.
• Design and deliver driver training programs with the training team.
• Promote safety protocols and conduct refresher trainings.
• Act as primary contact for new drivers and address questions.
• Analyze and improve the onboarding process to boost efficiency.
