Job summary

Vocalink Connections is a virtual call center providing remote opportunities for qualified professionals to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns across the United States. This role handles inbound donor calls, follows scripts, and accurately processes pledges from home with flexible scheduling and strict compliance.

As a 1099 independent-contractor, you choose servicing intervals, earn $13–$15 per hour, and must maintain reliable attendance and performance while staying within campaign

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least six months remote customer-service experience or one year onsite.
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace and reliable work habits.
