As a Donation Processor or Pledge Drive Specialist, you will answer inbound donor calls, record donations accurately, verify contact details, and ensure privacy while meeting performance standards. No sales or outbound calls required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience.
• Accurate typing and data-entry abilities.
• The ability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously.
• Dependability and strong personal accountability.
• The ability to work independently.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace.
