Vocalink Connections is a virtual call center that connects remote contractors with U.S. nonprofit fundraising campaigns. This independent contractor role offers inbound calls only and pays $13–$15 per hour as a 1099 contract, with flexible schedules and potential 24/7 servicing opportunities.

Ideal applicants have remote customer-service experience, a quiet workspace, and solid data entry skills to accurately log donations and pledges across systems. No equipment purchase is required to apply.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least six months remote customer-service experience or one year on-site customer-service experience.
• Accurate typing and data-entry abilities.
• Listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously.
• Dependability and strong personal accountability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound donor calls professionally.
• Record donation and pledge information accurately.
• Confirm names, contact details, and transaction information.
