Job summary

Growing Generations is a trusted surrogacy and egg donation agency dedicated to safety and personalized care. We seek a Donor Specialist to support egg and sperm donors, guiding them through intake, documentation, and profile creation while delivering a compassionate, high-touch experience.

You will work with the Donor Services and Donor Matching teams to ensure smooth processes, accuracy in records, and timely communications, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work based on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Interact with a broad range of clients from different cultures and regions.
• Positive and flexible attitude; adaptable.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Review donor applications and decide acceptance or decline based on criteria and safety standards.
• Conduct engaging video consultations to explain process, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Guide donors through intake, review documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Assist donors in creating compelling profiles to improve selection chances.
• Serve as main contact for assigned donors, ensuring timely, clear communication.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching team to support successful matches and align profiles with client needs.
• Identify opportunities to increase donor engagement and improve intake experience.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and monitor donor progress with audits.
