Growing Generations is seeking a Donor Specialist to join our Donor Services Team in a full-time role. You will guide prospective egg and sperm donors through intake, explain the donation process, and ensure a positive donor experience from application to cycle completion.

You will work closely with internal teams to improve the intake process, maintain confidentiality, and deliver a compassionate, professional experience for diverse donors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience to handle donors with empathy and clarity.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, across diverse cultures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Review, evaluate, and decide on donor applications in line with program criteria.
• Conduct educational video consultations to explain the donation process and timelines.
• Guide donors through intake, collect documents, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support donors in creating compelling donor profiles and enhance their chances of selection.
• Be the primary contact, delivering high-touch, compassionate service and timely communication.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching to align donor profiles with client needs.
• Document all interactions and maintain data integrity in internal systems.
• Monitor donor progress and perform regular case audits for momentum and quality.
