Job summary

Vocalink Connections is seeking experienced customer-service professionals to support major nonprofit fundraising campaigns as independent Donation Processors or Pledge Drive Specialists. This remote, inbound-only role lets you manage your own schedule and earnings from home.

You will follow approved scripts, record donation details, and maintain donor privacy while meeting performance expectations across campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Remote customer-service experience: 6+ months, or 1 year onsite.
• Accurate typing and data-entry abilities.
• Ability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously.
• Dependability and personal accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound donor calls professionally and accurately record information.
• Follow approved scripts and ensure donor privacy.
• Record donation and pledge data and verify contact details.
• Move confidently between required computer systems and campaigns.
• Meet campaign performance expectations and schedule commitments.
