You will work from home with flexible scheduling, strictly inbound calls, and no outbound solicitations. Candidates must follow structured scripts, protect donor data, and meet attendance and quality standards while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills.
• The ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking.
• Professional and dependable work habits.
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace.
