AEVEX is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to manage DoD prime contracts, ensuring subcontracts align with FAR/DFARS, DFARS cybersecurity, and flowdowns. You will interact with Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Security to issue subcontracts, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.

Remote position with occasional travel. Requires 3+ years of subcontract/admin experience, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and ERP/CM system proficiency; CCFCM or similar certification desired.

Formación

• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and CAS as they apply to subcontracting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and sharp attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and an ERP/contract management system.

Responsabilidades

• Write, issue, and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, task orders, and modifications.
• Incorporate FAR/DFARS clauses and prime flowdowns, including data rights and cybersecurity.
• Conduct cost and price analysis and support price reasonableness determinations.
• Review proposals, support source selection, and assist with sole-source justifications.
• Monitor performance, schedules, invoicing, and contract changes; assist with disputes.
• Ensure compliance with small business subcontracting plans and registrar checks.
• Support audits (DCAA/DCMA/CPSR) and maintain auditable subcontract files.
