Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our Procurement Department. You will perform pre-award and post-award activities, develop solicitations, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms with vendors to support government contracting needs.

The role is entry to mid-level with room for advancement, requiring a BS/BA and at least 2 years of related experience, and familiarity with FAR/DFAR and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic procurement processes.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and contract negotiation basics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant procurement files.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Finance on invoicing, audit, and closeout.
• Manage subcontract files, modifications and correspondence.
• Interface with vendor/subcontractor and internal teams.
• Maintain filing system and procurement correspondence.
• Process and negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements.
• Assist with data requests and proposal support.
• Prepare and execute subcontracts with flow-downs.
• Perform other duties as required.
