Job summary

Tri Star Engineering, Inc. is seeking a remote Subcontracts Manager to lead subcontract administration for DoD programs. You will own the full lifecycle from SOW through closeout and oversee supplier relationships to support mission-critical projects.

The position requires an active clearance or ability to obtain one, a 10+ year federal subcontract background, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency with CPFF, FFP, T&M, FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and Costpoint is required.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 10+ years federal subcontract administration experience for DoD or government programs.
• Knowledge of CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE and T&M subcontract types.
• FAR, DFARS and CPSR requirements familiarity.
• Experience leading subcontracting, procurement or contracts teams.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Deltek Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end subcontract process from SOW to closeout.
• Negotiate pricing and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
• Track performance, resolve disputes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Finance and Security teams.
