Agile Defense is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our Procurement Department supporting internal and government customers. This entry/mid-level role offers growth opportunities within government contracting.

The position involves pre-award and post-award activities, including evaluating statements of work, conducting market research, preparing solicitations, and negotiating terms and conditions. Remote to McLean, VA with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent, 2+ years of job-related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and experience negotiating Terms and Conditions (NDAs, Teaming Agreements, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and excellent verbal/written communication, with ability to work in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant procurement files.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Finance for procurement invoicing, audits, and closeout.
• Manage subcontract files and modifications, coordinates with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare and execute subcontracts with flow-downs and contracting requirements.
• Support proposal efforts and data calls as needed.
