Job summary

Polyglass is seeking a District Sales Manager to promote and sell the full line of products across the North & South Carolina region. You will build relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors, and architects while meeting budgeted sales and forecasting market trends.

Responsibilities include expanding the distributor network, pursuing project opportunities, and providing timely field reports. Travel is extensive, with remote work as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in the roofing/waterproofing industry or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing sales at the current customer base under the Regional Sales Leader.
• Meet the assigned sales budget for the district.
• Attend regular sales and strategy events with key distribution partners.
• Prospect new distributors, contractors, and specifiers.
• Explore project leads and opportunities in the district.
• Report on product issues, competitive activities, and new opportunities.
• Plan and organize work to achieve results on time.
• Analyze data and prepare reports and deliver field insights.
