Job summary

Polyglass USA, Inc. / Mapei Group is seeking a District Sales Manager to promote and sell the full Polyglass product line across North and South Carolina from a remote location, with substantial travel to customers.

In this role you will develop relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants and architects, meet the district’s sales budget, forecast trends, and provide timely field reports to the Regional Sales Leader.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales with existing customers under RSL guidance.
• Meet the district sales budget.
• Attend sales and strategy events with key distribution partners.
• Prospect new distributors, contractors, and specifiers.
• Explore project leads in the sales district.
• Report on product problems, competition, and new opportunities.
• Plan and organize work to achieve efficient results.
• Manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.
• Provide timely field reports.
