Job summary

Polyglass is seeking a District Sales Manager to promote the full product mix across North and South Carolina, building strong relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors, and architects. You will forecast trends, meet monthly budgets, and gather competitive intelligence while working under the Regional Sales Leader.

The role requires 2–5 years of industry sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel extensively within the district.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of industry experience as a sales representative.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing sales and grow additional sales at the current customer base, under the direction of the Regional Sales Leader (RSL).
• Meet the assigned sales budget for the district.
• Attend regular sales and strategy events with key distribution partners.
• Actively prospect new distributors, contractors, and specifiers.
• Explore project leads and opportunities in the assigned geographical sales district.
• Report on product problems, competitive activities, and new sales opportunities at existing accounts in the sales district.
• Plan and organize work effectively to get efficient and effective results.
• Manage projects and achieve desired results efficiently and on time.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.
• Provide timely reports from the field.

Position Summary

The District Sales Manager is primarily responsible for promoting and selling the entire mix of Polyglass products in their territory while developing relationships with distribution, consultants, contractors, and architects. In addition to meeting a monthly budgeted sales plan, the DSM helps forecast trends and acquire competitive information.

Work Environment

• This position is remote with travel
