Job summary

Polyglass USA, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to promote our roofing and waterproofing products across the Charlotte region. You will build relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors, and architects while meeting monthly sales plans and forecasting trends.

This remote role requires 25%+ travel, strong communication, data analysis, and a drive to grow market share. You will report to the Regional Sales Leader and collaborate closely with the sales team to execute strategy

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industry experience in sales
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Remote role with travel requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales with existing customers under RSL guidance
• Meet district sales budget
• Attend sales and strategy events with key partners
• Prospect new distributors, contractors and specifiers
• Develop opportunities in the assigned district
• Report product issues, competitive activities, and new opportunities
• Plan and organize work for efficient results
• Manage projects and meet deadlines
• Analyze data and prepare reports
• Provide timely field reports
