Job summary

Polyglass is seeking a driven District Sales Manager to promote roofing and coatings in the West Texas region. This remote, field-based IC role focuses on building partnerships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and architects while delivering on monthly sales plans and territory growth.

Travel is required, with a minimum of 25% travel, including customer site visits and occasional facility tours.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain sales within an established customer base.
• Meet sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and specifiers.
• Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify project leads within the territory.
• Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and partner events.
• Provide product support and basic troubleshooting for customers.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and product feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely field reports and sales data.
• Plan and organize the territory to maximize efficiency and results.
