Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience, plus managerial experience.
• Masters degree with 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Associates degree with 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• High school diploma / GED with 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience and 2 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers by providing clinical knowledge to medical professionals.
• Represent Amgen's products and strategic priorities to health care providers.
• Collaborate with district teams to meet sales and budget targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Marketing, Finance, and other units.
• Lead district sales meetings and develop local Opinion Leader relationships.
