Qualifications

• Doctorate degree plus 2 years of sales/marketing experience or equivalent education with leadership experience.
• Master’s degree plus 6 years of sales/marketing experience and managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of sales/marketing experience with leadership.
• Associate’s degree plus 10 years of sales/marketing experience and 2 years of managerial experience.
• High school diploma plus 12 years of sales/marketing experience and 2 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Track the progress of marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on marketing, allocation, and resources.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and hit sales targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Ensure training compliance and coach for development.
• Conduct performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Coordinate with district and cross-functional teams.
• Share best practices with direct reports and peers.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships.
