Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate, or high school with extensive sales/marketing experience and 2+ years of management.
• Preferred: experience in biologics and buy-and-bill model.

Responsibilities

• Track the progress of district marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on marketing, allocation, monitoring, and resource use.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and hit sales/budget targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Ensure training compliance.
• Coach and counsel for development.
• Conduct performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Coordinate with district and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, other BU).
• Share best practices with reports and peers.
• Coordinate/participate in cluster teams.
• Conduct district sales meetings to guide districts.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to meet objectives.
