Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to support dealer/distributor networks across Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and the Dakotas. The role is remote with regional requirements and relocation considerations.

You will lead aftermarket parts sales programs, conduct performance analyses, and collaborate with dealers to improve service levels and profitability while aligning with DTNA standards and training initiatives.

Qualifications

BS/BA plus 8 years of professional experience required (or 3 years direct relevant experience, or 10 years in lieu of degree).
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel 50% or more.

Responsibilities

Improve operational performance of parts department at dealers/distributors.
Initiate methods to change dealer/distributor behavior to meet standards.
Conduct operations audits and recommend corrective actions.
Foster relationships with Dealer/Distributor Principals and Parts Managers.
Collaborate with Dealer Principal to align DTNA programs with aftermarket goals.
Provide field intelligence to DTNA HQ on program effectiveness and trends.
Advise dealer/distributor personnel to achieve marketing and financial goals in parts.
Recommend changes in facilities, personnel and business planning.
