Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in New England. This remote role serves as a trusted consultant guiding districts through implementation.

You will ensure each district has a clear plan for using IXL tailored to their goals and initiatives. Deliver professional development, monitor progress with district and school leaders, and collaborate with internal teams to expand district partnerships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of PD in K-12 settings.
• MUST have district administrator experience or PD delivery to such audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who uses data to plan implementation.
• Excellent presentation skills for teachers and administrators.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as implementation expert for large districts.
• Create and implement a PD plan aligned to district goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
• Travel 40–60% in New England to deliver PD and support implementation.
• Partner with Sales to manage districts and pilot IXL.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and plan next steps.
