IXL Learning, a global edtech leader, is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in New England. This remote, Connecticut-focused role guides districts through implementation, delivers professional development, and collaborates with district and school leaders to monitor progress.

You will travel regionally 40%–60%, build relationships with stakeholders, analyze data to shape next steps, and partner with Sales to grow customer

Formación

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Must have experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and develop effective implementation plans.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a dynamic, upbeat, collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts in New England.
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement a PD plan aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers for consistent implementation.
• Travel regionally 40%–60% to deliver professional development and provide hands-on support.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilots and pre-sales opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and plan next steps.
