IXL Learning, a global edtech leader, is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in New England. You’ll guide districts through implementation, tailor plans to goals, deliver professional development, and collaborate with district leaders to monitor progress and plan next steps.

The ideal candidate is a former K-12 educator or district administrator with 5+ years' PD experience, excellent presentation and data skills, and a

• Must have 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Must have experience as a school/district administrator or extensive PD delivery to those audiences
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Strong presentation and communication skills are required
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable implementation plans

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an implementation expert, supporting large, complex districts with IXL deployment
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement a professional development plan aligned to goals
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent implementation
• Travel within New England to deliver PD and provide hands-on support (40%–60% travel)
• Collaborate with Sales to grow customer relationships and support district pilots
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive usage of IXL
• Analyze data to guide decision-making and plan next steps
