Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team, supporting New England districts with IXL implementation and professional development.

As a trusted consultant, you will partner with district leaders to create and execute PD plans, analyze implementation data, and drive usage of IXL across classrooms. This remote, Boston-based role requires strong presentation and relationship-building skills and travel in New England.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience in education.
• Minimum 5 years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience leading district or school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions.
• Experience presenting to teachers and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
• Travel in New England to support districts (40–60% travel).
• Partner with district leaders to design and implement PD plans aligned to goals.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and next steps for implementation.
