IXL Learning seeks a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in New England. You’ll guide districts through implementation, deliver professional development, and collaborate with internal teams to expand partnerships while aligning to district goals.

This full-time remote role is based in Boston, MA, with 40–60% local travel. You’ll build relationships with district leaders and schools, analyze data to drive decisions, and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• K-12 educator with PD delivery experience in K-12 settings.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Ability to analyze data and develop effective implementation plans.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for educators and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IXL implementation expert for large districts in New England.
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement a PD plan aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
• Travel 40–60% within New England to deliver PD and support implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage relationships and support pilots.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD and analyze data to drive decisions.
