Job summary

IXL Learning, a global edtech leader, seeks a District Partnership Specialist to guide New England districts through IXL implementations and professional development. You will partner with district leaders to tailor plans to goals, deliver PD in-person and virtually, and analyze progress with internal teams to expand partnerships.

The role requires K-12 PD leadership experience, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and a capability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and develop plans for implementation.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with multi-project management.
• Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert, supporting large, complex districts with IXL implementation.
• Partner with district leaders in New England to create and implement a PD plan aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers for consistent implementation.
• Travel in New England to deliver PD, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on support (40%–60% local travel).
• Collaborate with Sales to manage customer relationships and pilot opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and plan next steps.
