IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in New England. This remote role serves as a trusted consultant guiding districts through implementation, professional development, data analysis, and next steps.

Travel regionally will be 40–60% for in-person sessions, with ongoing collaboration across internal teams. You will build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers, drive adoption of IXL

Qualifikationen

• K-12 educator with 5+ years delivering professional development
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive PD delivery to such audiences
• Experience leading district or school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoption
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and develop plans
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects

Aufgaben

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts in New England
• Partner with district leaders to create/implement professional development plans aligned to goals
• Build relationships with district stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation
• Travel 40%–60% regionally for on-site sessions
• Collaborate with Sales to support pilots and opportunities
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions
• Analyze data to drive decisions and plan next steps
