Job summary

IXL Learning seeks a District Partnership Specialist to support Nebraska and Iowa districts through the Professional Learning team. You will guide implementation, deliver PD, and build relationships with district leaders to align IXL with district goals.

Qualifications

Must have experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
Experience as a K-12 educator or administrator is required.
Ability to interpret data and develop implementable plans.
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as an implementation expert supporting large, complex districts with IXL.
Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans.
Build relationships with district stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation.
Travel in Nebraska and Iowa to deliver training and provide hands-on support (40–60% travel).
Collaborate with Sales to manage districts and explore pre-sales opportunities.
Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
Analyze data to drive decisions and next steps.
