Job summary

IXL Learning, a global edtech leader, is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in New England.

You’ll guide districts through every stage of implementation, deliver professional development, meet with district and school leaders to monitor progress, analyze data, and plan next steps. Travel 40%–60% within New England to support hands-on implementation and expansion of district partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Experience as a district/ school administrator or delivering PD to these audiences
• Ability to lead a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and develop effective implementation plans
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented with multi-project management ability

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex districts
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement a PD plan aligned to district goals
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers for consistent implementation
• Travel in New England to deliver PD and support implementation (40% - 60% local travel)
• Partner with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships and support districts piloting IXL
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and plan next steps
