IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in Colorado. You will guide districts through implementation, deliver professional development, and monitor progress with district leaders, principals, and teachers.

This full-time remote role requires travel within Colorado to support districts and ensure successful IXL adoption. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to expand district partnerships, analyze data, and shape

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Must have experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to those audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IXL implementation expert, supporting large, complex districts with their IXL implementation.
• Partner with Colorado district leaders to create and implement a PD plan aligned to district goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Travel within Colorado to deliver PD and meet with district leaders, 40–60% travel.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including districts piloting IXL.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and plan next steps.
