This leadership role drives prescriber activation, performance accountability, and disciplined execution as we launch RNAi therapies like Plozasiran to patients with cardiovascular conditions. The District Manager will travel around 70% of the time, coach the team, translate strategy into district plans, and ensure compliant

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior field leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience in cardio/metabolic areas or rare diseases desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard sales reps aligned to launch objectives.
• Provide structured field coaching through ride-alongs and reviews.
• Drive district sales targets, forecast accuracy, and performance analytics.
• Ensure disciplined CRM usage and actionable business reviews.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Travel ~70% to coach in-field and participate in meetings.
