Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives within our expanding cardiometabolic franchise.

This leadership role supports launch excellence and sustained growth as RNAi therapies reach patients with high-need cardiovascular diseases. The District Manager will drive prescriber activation, accountability, and disciplined execution across a defined geography.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience; field leadership preferred.
• Experience in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas desired.
• Launch experience or high-growth franchises highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a district of Sales Representatives with coaching and performance reviews.
• Own district sales targets, metrics, and forecast accuracy; translate strategy into plans.
• Drive territory planning, call plan optimization, and high-quality HCP engagement.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, KAMs, Health IT, Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to remove barriers.
• Ensure disciplined CRM utilization and adherence to compliance standards.
• Travel extensively (~70%) for coaching and regional/national meetings.
