The District Manager will drive prescriber activation, performance accountability, and disciplined execution, combining coaching, business acumen, and operational rigor to build a high-performing district in a fast-paced launch environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior field leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Launch-experience or high-growth franchises is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives with launch readiness in cardiometabolic focus.
• Provide structured coaching through ride-alongs, quarterly reviews, and development plans.
• Own district sales targets, forecast accuracy, and territory optimization.
• Collaborate with Health IT, Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to remove barriers to adoption.
• Manage district budgets and ensure compliant, high-quality promotional execution.
