Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals in Milwaukee seeks an experienced District Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives within our cardiometabolic franchise, launching RNAi therapies like Plozasiran to patients with cardiovascular conditions.

You will drive prescriber activation, coach the team, manage district targets, and partner with regional leaders to align strategy. This role requires heavy field travel (~70%) and strong regulatory and promotional compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior field leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience in launch environments or high-growth franchises desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a district of Sales Representatives, with a focus on coaching and development.
• Own district sales targets, forecasting, and performance metrics; translate national/region strategy into district plans.
• Drive territory planning, call plan optimization, and high-quality HCP engagement for launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Key Account Managers, and cross-functional partners to remove barriers to adoption.
• Ensure compliance with promotional, regulatory standards and manage district budgets and expenses.
• Travel extensively (~70%) for in-field coaching, regional meetings, and launch events.
