Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in field leadership or mentoring preferred.
• Experience in specialty/rare disease or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop sales representatives in the district.
• Own district targets and forecast accuracy.
• Plan territory and optimize call plans.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality HCP engagement.
