Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior field leadership or mentoring preferred.
• Experience in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Launch experience in high-growth franchises desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a district of Sales Representatives.
• Own district targets, metrics, and forecast accuracy.
• Translate national strategy into district business plans.
• Ensure compliant promotional execution and CRM usage.
