Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives within our cardiometabolic franchise.

This leadership role drives prescriber activation, performance accountability, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced launch environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales with track records in field leadership, launches, and cardiovascular therapies, and will travel ~70% to coach and engage customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Prior field leadership or mentoring preferred.
• Experience in specialty or cardiovascular therapies preferred.
• Demonstrated success in launch environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a district of Sales Representatives to achieve launch goals.
• Own district-level targets, metrics, and forecast accuracy.
• Translate national/ regional strategy into district business plans and actions.
• Drive territory planning, call plans, and high-quality HCP engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to remove barriers to adoption.
• Model compliant behavior and manage district budgets and speaker programs.
• Travel extensively (~70%) for coaching, meetings, and events.
