Job summary
Leidos is seeking a District Growth Manager to support Power Delivery Solutions, Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions in the Midwest. Ideally based near Detroit, MI, but open to fully remote candidates residing in the U.S.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of client/asset development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding metrics.
- Experience developing new markets and strategies for utilities.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed.
- Able to lead in a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive and pursue opportunities for Power Delivery Solutions, Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions with investor-owned utilities and state energy agencies.
- Develop and manage multiple client pursuit and capture strategies across divisions.
- Create and maintain a time-phased sales funnel to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive margin growth and share with existing clients.
- Build, lead, and mentor a growth-focused team.
