Stanley Consultants is seeking a Power Delivery Growth Leader to win and deliver energy market projects across the U.S., focusing on Power Delivery and Renewable Energy sectors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of relevant energy industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Delivery projects including Transmission, Distribution, Substation, BESS, Renewable Energy and field construction management services.
• Develop EPC projects in Power Delivery and Renewable Energy sectors.
• Develop PMO engagements including asset management, data analytics, program controls and reporting.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Lead capture planning, strategy, pursuit and proposal activities with a team of direct reports.
• Mentor energy team and grow expertise in Power Delivery services.
• Participate in strategy, market trends, cost scoping, proposals, interviews and contract negotiations.
• Report regularly on sales pipeline and client planning; coordinate with Client Service Managers.
